Tropical Island Water was the First and is the Largest water vending company on Oahu. We started with 10 water machines in February 1994 and presently have 75 machines across 61 locations.
Our first goal is to provide clean, affordable and great tasting water to our customers. Our other main goal is to provide convenient and consistent places to purchase your water hassle free.
If you get to a water machine that is not working all you have to do is see customer service inside of the store or call the number on the machine to report a problem.
We will be there to fix it within 24 hours guaranteed!
Customer Service in most cases will also provide you with refund coupons to be used in any Tropical Island Water Vending Machine.
In 20 years of being in business all of our water machines have been up and running within 24 hrs of our receiving a service call. We do our best to service a water machine immediately after getting a service call so our customers are not inconvenienced when they go to get their bottles filled.
